How PornNook keeps the site compliant
- Everyone must confirm they are 18 or older to create an account, and only members can upload videos.
- For every upload, the uploader must confirm that everyone shown was 18 or older when it was recorded, agreed to be filmed and agreed to it being published here; that they keep, or can get, the age and identity records 18 U.S.C. §2257 requires for everyone shown; and that they own the video or are licensed to publish it.
